1911  born in Chung-Song, Kyungbuk, Korea
1935  graduated from Taihriyo Fine Arts School, Tokyo
1939-44  Researcher and assistant at Kumaoka Academy
1948-51  Professor of Fine Arst at Sook-Myung University and Hong-Ik University
1955-58  studied in Academy de la Grande Chaumier
1968-77  Professor of Fine Arst at Hong-Ik University
1975-76  Participated in A Steering Committee of The Naional Exhibition of Fine Arts

1934-44  Participated in The Naional Exhibition of Fine Arts and The Exhibitions held by 'Kokuga-Kai', 'Toko-Kai'
1942  awarded The Funaoka Prize
